You see people on the day of Eid wearing new clothes, perfuming themselves, and going out to the prayer area happy and joyful.
فَرِحِينَ — happy. A plural adjective meaning 'glad', describing the people as they go out, so it stands in the object case to match them as a state they are in. Arabic uses such state-words in the object case to say 'in a glad condition'.
