One of them is the opinion of Mujahid that He is able to return water into the urethra.
مُجَاهِدٍ — of Mujahid. This is the proper name owning 'opinion of Mujahid', genitive in the possessive pair. As a name it is inherently definite and lends that definiteness to 'opinion', attributing the view to him.

مُجَاهِدٌ — a striver. A second doer-noun of the same striving sense placed right after the first; the near-repetition is a deliberate intensifier. Pairing two such participles stacks the emphasis, painting him as wholly given over to the struggle.
