And the other group was Umm Salama and the remaining wives of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
سَلَمَةُ — Salama. The completing half of the 'mother of...' by-name, set straight after it to finish the nickname; together they name one woman. Standing beside the leading group as its explaining label, it matches the case of what it identifies.
From: Wives of the Prophet →
When they had gone, Salamah said, "The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw me pale."
سَلَمَةُ — Salamah. The proper name supplying the doer of the 'said' just before it. It names who is speaking, so the quotation that follows is attributed to him; in the flow it answers 'who said it' for the reporting verb.
