ٱلْعِبَرِ — lessons. Genitive after 'min' — 'the lessons, object-lessons'; broken plural of 'ibra'.

العِبَرِ — the lessons. A definite plural noun in the 'of' ending required by the preposition before it. The 'the' marks the lessons as a known category, and the ending shows it is the domain governed by 'in'.

وَعِبْرَةٌ — and a lesson. The opening 'wa-' coordinates this noun with the earlier 'morsel', extending the same 'let it remain' wish onto a second item. The noun itself is indefinite, so it joins the predicate as another thing wished to persist, paired alongside the first.
