وَأَخْبَرَ عَنْ نَبِيِّهِ يُوسُفِ الصَّدِيقِ أَنَّ صَبْرَهُ وَتَقْوَاهُ وَصَلَاتُهُ إِلَى مَحَلَّ الْعِزِّ وَالتَّمْكِينِ
And He informed concerning His prophet Joseph, the Truthful, that his patience, piety, and prayer elevated him to a station of honor and firm authority.
الْعِزِّ — honor. The owner half of the 'of' chain ('station of honor'), a definite noun in the genitive as the possessor. Its built-in 'the' fixes the whole 'station of honor' as definite.
